In our socks , we are making use of two types of toe seam. Firstly , 60% of all socks have single file toe seam applied by Sotco brand machinery imported from America.Secondly ,40% of our product range have Complette toe seam applied by Conti Complett brand machinery imported from İtaly

Our socks are ironed by making use of three methods ; namely the classical method of electrical iron, and the press and steam ironing methods used for products having a higher pin number

In order to fulfil customer demands and applicable legal requirements as well as to ensure a maximum level of customer satisfaction by ensuring the system is used in the most efficient manner including continuous development and prevention of unsuitability , our quality control department was established in 1999 with the philosophy of " You have to Manage to Develope Quality and You have to Control to Manage Efficiently". The Quality Control Department is functioning in compliance with the principle that quality is capable of fulfilling demands specified by the level of suitability to use or any other expression, and that prevention is always easier and less expensive.

The Packaging Department is charged with packing the already ironed products ordered by cutomers, and to send them on the relevant delivery date.

Before starting to manufacture any models , the ammounts of total production and production per worker are determined by taking the predetermined standard times and operation list into account . With the report issued in compliance with the confection and productivity monitoring software , performance and productivity are continuously controlled and monitored.

In our showroom , new collections created according to latest fashion trends and collections designed in line with customer demands are exhibited .

Apart from these , samples of previously manufactured model are also displayed . The showroom is the place to welcome our customers as well as to use collections, sampling and cost determination efforts.
